Wonderful hotel. Rooms are always comfortable. The hotel staff are always very accommodating to anything I need.

I was booked to be at the hotel for several days. I went to my room one night after visiting my daughter at menlo park and was startled to find others in my room and my belongings were gone! This absolytely shocked me, scared me (where ws my stuff) and truly was unacceptable. I loved this hotel. but they never compted me for their error. The hotel was changed through the booking before stay. But when I was doing check out a young unprofessional intern when was doing check out, said it was not paid. So I had to pay to leave. The I saw bank messages and saw transaction that confirmed that hotel was charged. I had to be back yo the hotel. The manager was super rude. I had to stay 30 min to fix cash refund that was wrongly paid before...Read more

Seating areas in rooms. There was only one chair and a desk chair. Therefore, we did not choose in room dining.

it can definitely use a renovation, room AC is extremely noisy, also the the coffee shop is inadequate
It was absolutely beautiful on the inside - gorgeous building snd entranceway. The rooftop garden was so lovely to sit in. The staff were so lovely and kind
Everywhere you walked it was at the top of a hill! Also the rooms and bathrooms are quite dated
We had a wonderful 3 nights in Fairmont. Upgraded to suite at a discount and it was worth every penny views of SFO were amazing. Staff very helpful and Nob Hill great location and very safe
Stunning hotel with a ton of history. Staff were exceptional as always with the Fairmont. Location is fantastic on top of Nob Hill right in the middle of the city. View from our room in the Fremont Suite were exceptional - from the left of the Golden Gate Bridge, panning right to Alcatraz and North Beach, to the right the TransAmerica Building and Bay Bridge. Super sunny and bright. A ton of space...
We were attending a wedding and this was a fantastic place to stay for the event. Love this hotel!
