Pros (+) The location, views and excellent service from the wait staff especially Patricia who served us during breakfast on July 5th.
Cons (-) They didn’t provide any water bottles in the room. For the amount they charged, that should have been included.

Pros (+) Beautiful location. Best way to experience Lake Louise. Very comfortable room with excellent amenities. Nice activity schedule (excellent yoga class). Excellent dining facilities--menu & views. All staff extremely friendly, helpful

From the minute we arrived at the hotel, we were helped by super friendly staff, from the gateman to the valet, and the reception staff. We were shown to our room and were shown every courtesy.
