Pros (+) The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable in our room. They were very considerate and attentive for the duration of our stay.

Pros (+) The views are absolutely stunning and the hotel itself is outstanding. The architecture and fine details is what definitely makes this place unique. However, for the price the rooms are quite small. There’s lots to see and do right on site which is fantastic and makes the cost somewhat worthwhile! Amazing staff that definitely go above and beyond to make your stay as memorable as possible.

Pros (+) It is exactly as I had hoped. Incredible food, scenery and everything was so impeccable and clean. Incredible staff, like Naval, really made our experience wonderful.
Cons (-) The lady running the sleigh rides was noticeably rude compared to the 5 star service from all the other Fairmont staff. Our room HVAC was rattling all night which was a little annoying.
