Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was amazing. The rooms were a little noisy but the overall experience with the staff the decor the atmosphere was fantastic.

Staff were great. Had a bit of a hiccup where a happy birthday platter hadn't been put in our room after emailing about it and being told it would be in the room. But I spoke to a member of staff and they had it sorted in no time. The hotel itself looked stuffing and the spa are was extremely chilled and looked beautiful.

Husband wishes there had been a high shaving mirror in bathroom (he is 6 feet tall and had to bend over sink) and hand wash on wall didn't work very well.
Amazing place, just beautiful. Staff absolutely amazing, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Very dog friendly - we have an elderly, blind dog and they organised a great room for us. The staff went above and beyond, even carrying our dog up and down the stairs when needed!
It is a bit pricey, but the hotel, spa and service are well worth it.
It was in a beautiful area and the grounds it self was so nice
Sole thing was the food, for what it was we found it to be a bit expensive and not worth what we paid
Amazing from start to finish, drinks a little pricey at dinner which put me off having more. Menu a little limited but reception staff were amazing and spa facility were fantastic!
This is the prettiest hotel we've ever had the pleasure of staying in! It was a totally immersive experience, from the moment we arrived, every member of staff was so helpful, friendly and down to earth. The reception staff were more than happy to tell me about the history of the building, and even have us a pack that explained the buildings story, they have a pack ready to share with anyone inter...
The only small thing that would have made this better would be having a range of sizes available in the spa robes. They're one size and were a little small for me, I checked with reception and they confirmed there is only one size, but they were super friendly about it and said they'd pass on my comments which I appreciated!Read more
The spa was very busy, no place to sit on the first day and no room in the sauna, jacuzzi pool etc.
