I booked 159£ for the treatment and paid 173.00 for the room. I arrived at 2 pm to check in till 3 / I asked at the spa if we could have a rope to use after the treatment as I just wanted to go in the spa. It's a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing spa facilities. We stayed at the couch house that had an outdoor bath, which was a highlight of our stay. Both the hotel and spa were spotlessly clean and we had an amazing time. The hotel isn't big so it never felt overcrowded, which was especially appreciated in the spa. I can definitely recommend it for a romantic getaway.
Food wasn't our cup of tea (too posh). It was lovely but overpriced and super tiny portions. We were hungry after dinner.
beautiful grounds and decoration and the spa was gorgeous, the evening staff were wonderful and couldn't do more for us if they tried
after spending a large sum of money on the suite for my best friends birthday i was then greeted with the bill for breakfast after being told i had it included which completely put a downer on the stay as we could have made use of the spa
Beautifully decorated, attention to detail, sympathetic to the character of the building, spa not overcrowded, lots of space, comfortable beds
Bit of a mix up on our lunch order, limited menu options, wasn’t advised/reminded that breakfast would be extra
Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was amazing. The rooms were a little noisy but the overall experience with the staff the decor the atmosphere was fantastic.

Staff were great. Had a bit of a hiccup where a happy birthday platter hadn't been put in our room after emailing about it and being told it would be in the room. But I spoke to a member of staff and they had it sorted in no time. The hotel itself looked stuffing and the spa are was extremely chilled and looked beautiful.
