Pros (+) Good location, old charm, size of room, very friendly staff.
Cons (-) Inadequate storage for clothes - had cases on floor, room cold, noisy heating, tired in places.

Pros (+) The staff is kind and attentive and the hotel is very well located. The room was quite large as well.
Cons (-) The coffee maker and pods were dreadful and undrinkable. Upgrading from the Keurig system to a Nespresso would make a material difference.

Pros (+) Perfectly located in Back Bay Area for Berkelee and great walks, plus convenient for shops. We had a suite which was plenty of space for three adults, affording a separate divided room with separate access to the loo.
Cons (-) The rooms were lovely but could have used more plates, glasses and other useful items in the mini bar considering it had a nice kitchen area.

Pros (+) I can’t fault this stunning hotel. Beautiful suite with tons of room, well stocked mini bar, and complementary tea and coffee making facilities. Super central location, but very quiet overnight. I think the glazing must be very good! I hope I get to come back here one day.

Pros (+) Attractive hotel in Back Bay with easy access to all central areas of Boston. The underground is within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Fashionable Newbury Street is nearby with its elegant shops and excellent restaurants. The bedroom was finished in a lovely and charming style. The staff were friendly and helpful including the doormen at the entrance.

Pros (+) The room size was fantastic. The sofa bed was comfortable for our daughter. It was also lovely to have a king size bed. Location was fantastic close to Newbury Street where we found great pizza, ramen and shops.

Pros (+) Wonderful and welcoming staff (especially Jean the doorman and Travis the porter!) Lovely, cosy atmosphere with luxurious furnishings . Excellent location , close to amazing shoppjng Newbury Street , restaurants, cafes , train station.
