The staff were very friendly, constantly asking if you needed anything!

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is gorgeous and full of fantastic history and elegance. The general manager Merrily went out of her way to make my husband's birthday special and personally went out of her way to do something sweet upon check in. The hotel itself, the location.
We had a small incident regarding our bill, after we did the check out. The case was quickly managed and corrected after a short call with their management. One was the Valet service and the second with Whitebird restaurant’s breakfast.

Menu. I had been wanting some biscuit and gravy. I am Douthern "Belle". The fruits were just right. And the Apple juice hit the spot. It was a treat

Location and decor were perfect
The hotel was very luxurious. The room was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The bed was large and comfortable and the blackout curtains kept it dark while sleeping. They have great restaurants with delicious food. The staff was courteous and helpful. It is in a beautiful location on the river near lots of shops, restaurants, and venues.

Fantastic service and incredible rooms
VERY small thing, and cannot be helped, but the view out the window wasn't anything special since it faces another building
The hotel was beautiful. The art was exquisite, the staff happy, warm and accommodating. The towels and bedding smelled wonderful. Very lightly scented.
I enjoyed the location and the amenities. Everything overall was nice.
We were in room 413 which backed up to the elevator and unfortunately we could hear it operating. Also when making my reservation I was led to believe I would get a city view but that was not the case.
