Lovely room, very clean, exceptionally attentive staff, great breakfast
Excellent location, very central so perfect for exploring all areas of the city! All aspects of the hotel are fitted to a very high standard, very smart. Every staff member we spoke to was welcoming and helpful.
There could be more space for storing clothing in the rooms. Would have liked the pool to be open earlier for a morning swim, but everything else was great.
The hotel has a great location, very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful with any question I had. Thry always replied and helped with a smile. Brealfast was good with fair choice however if youbstay for longer than just couple of days it gets repetitive.

Perfect family holiday location. Great location with easy access to local metro, shops, restaurants etc. Service was exceptional.

Could have been a better selection at breakfast. Air con wasn’t working one evening. The lobby area is absolutely beautiful. Should be used as a bar area as it is a wasted space as it is now
Location central, just off the hyper-touristy neighbourhood but about five-ten minute walk to most key attractions in all directions. Rooms small but nicely decorated and well equipped. Excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Lovely to get a little complementary bottle of port on leaving. Most staff members friendly.
Breakfast was standard - expected something a little special for a 5-star hotel. No vegan options (fruit?) and few vegetarian choices. Great coffee though! Staff were approachable and friendly overall, but tended to stay in the background, especially noted during the big power outage.
