Pros (+) Location is great. Rooms and lobby are very chic.
Cons (-) WiFi was not free, we were charged an additional fee for it, a mandatory fee even though we didn't use the WiFi. We'd requested a room with a view, we had a view of the next building's roof. Front desk attendant did the minimum, not super friendly.

Pros (+) Location is great. Hotel is clean and the beds were great. Rooms are smaller than we expected and not having a chair was frustrating.
Cons (-) Thin walls. Room next door had crying baby and barking dog. Room was almost two small for two queen beds.

Pros (+) I loved the decor and the quality of the bed and sheets
Cons (-) The hotel was understaffed, not all the facilities could be used, there was a wedding in the roof top bar. At check out I complained about the fact that the hotel was understaffed and it took forever to check in and get service in the room, such as an ironing board... and the reaction of the front desk staff was totally inappropriate and insulting.
