The property is in a great location, right infront of the beach with the deck chairs immediately in front of the entrance. There’s the hotel coffee shop to the side which serves great coffee. The main highlight is the staff - they were very patient and able to accommodate to our needs without hesitation. They really went the extra mile with us - thank you!
The only downside is that there is no road entrance directly to the hotel. You will need to walk a short distance to the hotel from the main road when you are being dropped off (probably something I should have checked). If you have someone who has mobility issues, tell the hotel in advance and they will assist you. They were fantastic with helping us when we were leaving!
The location is great the staff is extremely nice the room is very comfortable

Loved everything. I wish the exercise room was a bit bigger and more equipment.
It was right on the beach, the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and it had a beautiful view of the beach and water while you eat your breakfast.
Walking down the alley from the road on arrival and departure. I hope that will be improved by the time i go back with my family and friends in a year or two.
The District is perfectly situated in the center of all of the action in Boracay and is directly on the beach. The staff were among the best I have encountered in any hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is strategically located for you to enjoy the beach (they have reserved spots) and access all other spots of the island. I recommend that you book the airport transfer with them as it is super smooth compared to booking with external vendors when arriving at the airport (almost the same price but less convenient).
Wifi and breakfast need to be improved. Breakfast could have more choices. Wifi is almost non existent.
