I think that the shear attention to every little details was what made this place very special. I think it’s important that it didn’t feel like they were trying to save money or cut in costs. To be honest there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. We did wonder if it would be a good idea to arrange a quick fumigation around the pool area as there were quite a few ants. But it’s a tropical country and as we live in the area too we understand that this is a constant battle. A real boutique hotel! Everything is perfect. Our room was spacious, clean and with on point decor. The bed is enormous and very confortable. The common and pool areas are welcoming and surrounded by lush vegetation. The staff were helpful with tailored suggestions and the breakfast defies description!

The building is gorgeous and the rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The amenities, facilities and breakfast all make this hotel stand out, as well as the very sweet and helpful staff.
This is a little more outside the central area of the city and is a bit quiet, but we loved the invitation it gave us to take longer walks and always felt very safe.
The service, staff, owners and breakfasts were perfect. Such a wonderful welcome and the service they provide is fabulous.
The distance outside of main town if walking on a hot day but fine on cloudy days and Ubers super easy to get.
Exceptional service both before we arrived and during our stay with great recommendations for restaurants and trips out both in and and around the city. Excellent breakfast, the best margaritas of our two week trip, very friendly and welcoming staff, great laundry service. Nothing was too much trouble with little touches like a beach bag and towels for our trip to Celestun.
Breakfast was a little late for us as we like to get out and about early.
