Pros (+) The property was super modern and luxurious. The location was great, walking distance to pretty much all the major attractions in Amsterdam.
Cons (-) Sadly the sound proofing was not great at all, if the cleaners are rolling their cart around upstairs or outside we can hear it so clearly. The room is super tiny and the bathroom design could be better because as soon you shower the water seeps through the door and cause a puddle.

Pros (+) We upgraded to a junior suite and it was excellent. Very comfy bed and excellent facilites in the room. Large lovely shower.

Pros (+) Nice and new, clean and very very central. And clearly soundproofed.
Cons (-) I felt there was a massive disconnect between the Heineken bar underneath, which I think was the facilities. Due to this disconnect, it just left like a small hotel plonked in the middle of the city centre. I don’t think it was worth paying extra for it.

Cons (-) Had booked a Junior suite but was given a different (cheaper) room at arrival. Was told the suites were brand new and "smelled" new but was eventually given one. The junior suite was spacious and the bed very comfortable. However, the very intense smell of (hopefully non toxic) paint was present and honestly unbearable in the shower, so kept it closed. There was exposed wires in the bathroom area ...
