Cool place, nice staff, decent price, good location (easy walk to Amtrak station)
SO INCREDIBLY NOISY—- I was in 207 over the karaoke bar, and until about 11pm (maybe later on weekends), my room was rockin’ to mega base and drunk girl anthems. The hotel’s also old and not well soundproofed, so I also got to hear my male neighbor’s morning toilet “up close and personal,” consisting of turning up the radio and singing along in falsetto (think offkey Mick Jagger, “Emotional Rescue...Read more
Location.
Thermostat wasn’t working so couldn’t control temperature in room. No microwave for guests to use. Hotel coffee shop has closed. Light near lower bed not working. One small trash can only (in bathroom). Overall, a pricey bunk bed room that looked outdated and a little shoddy and offered very few amenities.

No heat. They had a space heater in the room. When calling the front desk, I received an answering machine. Room and common areas dirty. Black mold on ceiling in bedroom. No parking. $40 parking per night. Restaurant closed. Checked in at 8 pm. No one at the front desk, only security.

room was clean and comfortable. fine for 1 person.
the shower curtain was broken and not appropriate for the small shower. it should be a glass door. the curtain kept sticking to me because the shower wasnt big enough. it also didnt keep the water inside. It will create water damage issues before long.
The Dean is a unique boutique hotel, lovingly restored from an old industrial building.
The room was on the pricy side to be a bare minimum as it was. It was extremely small and there was no microwave or fridge. The place charged us for the 2 waters that were there, and left a not encouraging us to "reuse our towels." Unless we just ran the hot water from the faucet, there was no way for us to get hot water for tea or coffee, and the coffee station they had in the very small lobby wa...
Simply put a small microwave in the rooms. Deliver clean towels on a daily basis. House keeping on a regular would be a plus as well.Read more
Location. Best. Staff good. Nice decorated.
The heater is very small and portable. I still felt cold. Also it seems room hasnt cleaned well. I found one pcs glass or hard platic. I step on it, luckily its not a big piece so im fine. I dont want to complaint and make it a big scene like most of people. I just hope to be more details on cleaning next
