Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved the hotel decor and room, including the refreshments in the room. Spotless room and bathroom. Very convenient location. 100% recommend and would stay again if in Plymouth.
A very minor point but it would have been helpful to have been informed by the hotel prior to or during our stay about the closure of the hotel where the hotel is situated (and where we parked our car) due to the half marathon. Unfortunately we were unaware of this and only found out through friends on the night of our stay that the road (as per the marathon website) would be entirely closed from ...Read more
What a fantastic little Gem by the sea. I travelled to Plymouth due to a family emergency and had to make a last minute hotel booking. They were ready and waiting for me 10 minutes after my booking. Personally I would have liked the option of a bath in the room . I think some rooms do have baths, they just weren't available . The rainfall shower in my room was heavenly though .Read more
Pretty much everything, from the warm welcome and help with my bags up the stairs, the arty and cosy decor and luxurious rooms with the comfiest bed i think I’ve ever slept in. Perfect location for a leisurely weekend close to both coastline, restaurants and town for shopping.

The craft house was excellent from start to finish , there was a warm welcome, beautiful decor , amazing comfy bed and a breakfast that was out of this world, using the best local ingredients. we will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family

Absolutely lovely hotel, stunning rooms and great little touches that made it perfect. Breakfast was delicious and was great value. We will be booking again and have already recommended to family.
