Cons (-) I didnt realize the pool and restaurant had been completely ripped out. We were disappointed that there wasnt a pool, only the beach.

Pros (+) Very clean, no odors, good mattress and water pressure, easy to navigate.
Cons (-) Major renovation work has virtually shut down everything but the sleeping quarters, very limited dining options and the demolition and construction noise was constant through the day.

Pros (+) Location is very convenient. She staff is friendly. It used to be a great hotel but not anymore.
Cons (-) The whole property is a construction site - which is not advertised anywhere. There are basically no functioning amenities - no pool, no restaurant, even the room minibar is empty. As compensation, they only reduce the resort fee from $45 to $20.

Pros (+) The staff did the best they could, given the hotel conditions. Unfortunately they do not have much to work with.
Cons (-) So odd that this property feels comfortable charging a 4-star nightly rate when 90% of the amenities are under construction. The grab and go market and beverage store are not set up well, AND one of the elevators was down! There was so much time wasted waiting for the elevator, this is the worst stay I've ever had. I couldn't wait to check out of the property.
