Very clean
The restaurant had limited dinner menu
Love the charm of this property. The grounds are beautiful and very tranquil. The fact that it’s adults only makes it the perfect couples getaway.
The food and beverage prices were higher than expected. The digital menu had cheaper pricing than the physical menu so it was easy to tell where they increased. I would consider other properties based on this factor. $39 for a poolside burger is a bit bananas.
I came here for my “girls gone mild” bachelorette party and it exceeded my expectations. Marty at the front desk went above and beyond for me and my group. He was the absolute best. I also loved the yoga instructor, she was calming and her energy and flow was exactly what I needed. OThe property is beautiful and the environment is unmatched. It was the perfect weekend.

Love the setting - it’s truly beautiful. The rooms are lovely and they are immaculate.
Pool service is non existent. The majority of staff are rude and dismissive except for two female members who we unfortunately did not get the names of. Guests next to us on two occasions ordered food and multiple hours later their empty plates and left overs were sat next to us on the loungers attracting flies. Great restaurant, beautiful Hotel ! Outstanding staff always willing to assist. Bikes on site to get to town. Super close to town and shops walking distance. Room was beautiful and clean .
I think for the price the hotel should have more amenities for guests, the extra fees add a lot. Be aware of the 35 parking fee per day.
Amazing views, relaxed environment, nice on property restaurant
The bungalows' ambiance was great, and almost everything was perfect. We can hardly wait to come back. Staying in Palm Springs in the fall is wonderful, as the temperature and the crowds are perfect. The landscaping and the pool at the Bungalows are amazing. Our Bungalow had a private patio with a two-person soaking tub that we loved.
I have some medicine that must be kept cold and some ice packs that must be frozen when we are in the car. I asked the front desk attendant if she could put them in the restaurant's freezer to keep them frozen, and she refused. The solution was to explain my situation to the restaurant's manager and ask if he could store them in his kitchen freezer. Without hesitation, he took care of my request. ...Read more
Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and the AC was a saver for us. The pool was wonderful and the pool area. The restaurant served good food, and the breafast was an ala carte version which we really liked.
