Pros (+) The location was gorgeous, the amenities were super clean and just what we needed. The pool was clean and the staff was amazing!!

Pros (+) Excellent location in front of the beach
Cons (-) We were in a suite with two separate bedrooms and a living room. A big problem is that neither the bathrooms nor the central space can be completely darkened. There are no curtains or blinds. In addition, the spa, which opens into a bed, is not comfortable for sleeping.

Pros (+) The location was fabulous. Quiet and just out from the town but a quick 5 minute walk into the action. You don’t want to be closer because the beach gets so crowded closer to town. Beach was amazing and had enough lounge chairs to relax without having to claim them at 7am. Rooms were very spacious and comfy.
Cons (-) No onsite restaurant or bar but they have a restaurant just across the street that is amazing and a beach club just door so definitely not a game changer for staying here.

Pros (+) The location....was exceptional. Away from the middle of town but close enough for a short walk to restaurants, cafes and bars. The beach is the best on this south side of the strip so The Coast is perfect....as you walk north, the beach is more crowded and less clean. The hotel is low key, quiet, never had to look for a free chair (always available) and the complimentary breakfast delivered to yo...
Cons (-) We liked everything about it....the beach has horses and dogs so lots of poop on the beach which is not our vibe but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
