Relaxing, clean & conveniently located
The place is very beautiful and staff very welcoming. We only stayed 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The rainy weather did not allow us to enjoy the pool unfortunately. Maybe due to the weather the hotel was very quiet, bit sad as some animation always makes the place more lively, unless quietness is what you are looking for.
The breakfast has limited choice unfortunately. Any eggs or omelet preparations is extra charge which was little bit of a surprise. Could do better on that front.

This was an amazing hotel experience, one of our favorites in Asia. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The AC is impossible to set from the room because it has an override from the computer in the lobby. Basically I had to call the lobby every time I wanted to change the temperature, which was very inconvenient
Very nice hotel with large room and integrated sound system. Private outdoor patio with covered chair swing.
On the day of checkout after a four night stay - we loaded things into our car, and then returned to the room to use the toilet before our hours-long drive, and double-check to make sure we had not left anything. Great place at a great location. Super clean and new. The staff was amazing.
I can't complain about anything much, except for breakfast. Food was super clean and tasty, but not so many choices, and mostly western meals. But that's us, we just prefer more traditional food.
Fantastic food, and SPA. Afternoon free canapes
The Deluxe Rooms basically have no window, go for the suite instead
