The design of the hotel and its gardens and pools is gorgeous! The restaurants were high standard as was the spa treatment. Gorgeous hotel boutique.
We had a deluxe room, facing the car park, which was a shame but there were plenty of other beautiful spaces to chill.

The cost of food and drink at the hotel. I understand it’s a 5 star however if the prices were cheaper we would’ve ate at the property more than just the once
Very well designed and maintained, beautiful landscaping and architecture.
I liked the resort, very good location. I liked there was a lot of space, several pools and restaurants.
It needs a bit of upgrading tho. A/C wasn't working in the corridors and elevator which made our walk to the restaurant and downstairs to the lobby area very hot and stuffy. Reception and hotel staff were very friendly, however, the breakfast staff felt very stressed and they looked like they were constantly rushing. The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The beach was great and where we spent the majority of our time although the pools were also amazing with 3 to choose from. The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was absolutely astounding and like no other buffet I have ever experienced. Would highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful relaxing stay.Read more
