I travel a lot and lots of experience with 5-star hotels. This one is definitely in my top 3. Very large and modern with some vintage touches. Suites are huge and well equipped with tablet to operate everything. Nice sugar bar, wine bar, multiple kitchens, really nice spa. Staff is really good and sincerely polite and helpful.

Service and cleanliness were very good.
The bed was very bad. It was squeaking and constantly moving as if it was broken. The matteess felt like it was made out off rubber bands put together. Not comfortable at all and not even worthy of a three star hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, especially the wide range of products and the quality is remarkable.
The hotel is perfect for relaxing getaway and it was perfect to stay with the family and our little dog.
The spa facility is great. Room very comfortable and clean.
The service from the staff is a bit slow and not very organised.
