Pros (+) Great location - safe parking. The hotel was traditional but very enjoyable. The Bar and restaurant staff were excellent.
Cons (-) The archway entrance into the car was a challenge- that I managed to overcome.

Pros (+) Great location, easy to find with plenty of parking available. Comfy beds and pillows, Smart TV and usb ports next to the beds. Hot shower with great water pressure. We didn’t eat breakfast but did dine in the restaurant, service was excellent and the food was spot on.
Cons (-) The duvet was quite thick and didn’t sleep too well as we was too hot.

Pros (+) Central location Free parking on site Breakfast, including excellent staff It’s a charming old coaching inn Rooms are much improved
Cons (-) Dinner was ordinary (I thought fish & chips would be low risk). Evening service nowhere near as good as breakfast. Dogs are allowed around the hotel (not dining room) including many bedrooms & the bar. It was not clear which rooms are dog free if you have allergies.

Pros (+) The location and the rooms were wonderful. Felt both historical and yet looked after at the same time. Nice of very busy bar.

Pros (+) Excellent Location, Very Friendly and Helpful Staff, Room was clean, well presented and well equipped. Continental breakfast was generous with a good selection. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) Our room on the front of the hotel was noisy but to be expected in a town centre location. It didn't detract from the enjoyment of our stay
