Excellent Location, Very Friendly and Helpful Staff, Room was clean, well presented and well equipped. Continental breakfast was generous with a good selection. Would definitely stay there again.
Our room on the front of the hotel was noisy but to be expected in a town centre location. It didn't detract from the enjoyment of our stay
Location was perfect, in the middle of High street, easy access to castle and harbour. The building and furniture were grand. The bedroom was pleasant and comfortable with a large bed.
We were at the front of the building and we experienced a lot of noise from dustbin men emptying bottles, which started at 4.30am. Food at the hotel was very disappointing leading to a refund for our evening meal. Didn't think breakfast was value for money(one only of the following rasher of bacon, mushroom, blackpudding, sausage).
Lovely old building. Great breakfast.
The staff - fantastic team - room was excellent too
Open up the lounge to make the bar area larger - no where to sit on an evening due to the bar being on the "Conwy pub crawl"
Well located , pleasant staff, clean and well maintained.
Evening food not great, breakfast was better. Room clean and comfortable but very warm (maybe as rooms are small?)

The only point that I would make for improvement is the smell of oil/cooking that was very prominent in the foyer at check in on Friday night.
Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, the room was very comfortable.
A few cobwebs in the bedroom windows, but the rest of the room was clean.
