The property was close to everything. Walking distance. The room was basically a small apartment with a full kitchen which was perfect for our family. The cost was affordable. They provided awesome snacks free of charge. Staff was also very nice.
Check in was at 3pm. We got there at 3:30 and the room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait until 4pm to check in. There was no offer to accommodate the inconvenience. The apt was old and needs lots of renovations. It looked like they were working on renovations so that might be something that’s in the works. The beds were kind of hard.
The place had plenty of space. We loved the free snacks and breakfast items. Very convenient to grab and go. The location was easy to walk to shops and restaurants.
We weren't excited about the way the apartment was decorated. The castles and armor motif were strange. We also had trouble with the television service.

street lights kept the room lighted at night. street noise. other than that was enjoyable
Great place! Loved the decorations and location.
Elevator was down. Had a disabled person in the group. Stairs were taxing.

The rooms were beautiful! Very roomy and decorated super cute! The balcony was such an added bonus! Can’t beat the location either!

The king bed has no privacy as it is in the common area. It should be replace with a murphy bed.
Hallways very dirty. Bed was awful.
