The room in a different building, Lobby,
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Room had everything you needed for a visit. Breakfast catered for all nationality's and choices. Concierge helped with transport and advice.
From the moment we arrived, the welcoming and ease of registration, which was smooth and professional, everything exceeded our expectations. At all times all the staff were very attentive to our requests, and everyone made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was amazing, a large selection, very fresh and the presentation was stunning. The location was perfect, walking distance to most places.

Beautiful hotel in a central location in Singapore with multiple shopping centres within walking distance. Spotless all around. The staff were the highlight or our stay. They went above and beyond, giving us recommendations when they heard we were looking for chilli crab. Exceptional customer service.
Wish there had been an iron and ironing board in the room but we could probably have asked for one. The buffet was really good though wish it had been a bit more varied everyday.

Should have a Better variety in the breakfast buffet especially for 5 star hotel The rooms weren’t cleaned properly No scale to weigh the luggage I found a hair in my eggs benedict during breakfast and wasn’t compensated in any way
The Heritage room was very comfortable with a great bathroom and a view to the street from the closed balcony. The room offered everything we needed to come and go. The breakfast provided for a range of choice options between Asian and Western, fresh and cooked foods and was excellent to start the day. Great location and easy transit. Beautiful property and shopping nearby.
The staff were so attentive to our needs. As we arrived extra early managed to accommodate us to another room so we could check in earlier.

The fact that it was more boutique style and felt family like rather than a huge cold luxury hotel. The staff from the gecko very friendly, informative and professional. Great warm vibe here. Train station so close and you can ride MRT to everywhere. Shopping Mall next door with high end shops galore and great food courts as well. Breakfast was amazing a great selection.
