Pros (+) Beautiful hotel with staff that impressed. Everything you needed was set out in our room with so many electronic gadgets to make things easier and comfortable. Views were great, location convenient to subway stations, eating areas, shops and parks.

Cons (-) The staff doesn’t speak English and unfortunately offers very little assistance. This hotel is not suitable for guests with dietary restrictions, as they are not accommodating in that regard. For the price paid, this level of service is unacceptable and far below what one would expect from a hotel in this category.

Pros (+) We chose The Capitol Hotel for our first stay in Tokyo and we're so glad we did. It's a large hotel that offers real warmth and wonderful service. Our room was large and comfortable with a fantastic view towards the north of the city. The location of the hotel is exceptional, directly serviced by more than one subway line. It was so easy to navigate our way around the city from here.

Cons (-) Gym and pool close at 10pm is not a 5 star hotel service. Breakfast had high quality but quite small in choices compared to the high cost. No 24 h room service.
