Pros (+) Breakfast was good, in all our stay they never had avocado toast ! other than that service and food were great. Location, was perfect.
Cons (-) I would say that house keeping was not the best, bed was not greatly made and towels were not well placed they mostly left them pile up in the sink and never rearrange the others, it's just that the hotel is so nice that we had expected better in that regard.

Cons (-) Room was not as clean as I would like. Several pieces of debris on carpet. Was not swept well. Also, caulk behind sink needed cleaning or replacing.

Cons (-) "Gold" fixtures and hardware do not define a hotel as a luxury accommodation. Very cheap with the so-called complementary toiletries and amenities. Very small tubes of shampoo and shower gel. Not enough for two people. No complementary bottled water in room. Very few drawers to store your belongings. Very low shower pressure. Pros (+) Breakfast one morning at the Arbor restaurant. Good food and service. Beautiful decor. Comfortable seating. We had dinner at the Arbor too. Good food. Enjoyed the piano player. Relaxing. Also Several good coffee shops in walkable distance.
