Pros (+) Staff was great. Great location. Cool vibe.
Cons (-) Room was not as clean as I would like. Several pieces of debris on carpet. Was not swept well. Also, caulk behind sink needed cleaning or replacing.

Pros (+) Breakfast one morning at the Arbor restaurant. Good food and service. Beautiful decor. Comfortable seating. We had dinner at the Arbor too. Good food. Enjoyed the piano player. Relaxing. Also Several good coffee shops in walkable distance.

Pros (+) Breakfast was very good! A bit pricey considering what you already pay for the room... A small discount for guests of the hotel would be nice. The rooms and lobby were nicely decorated and fairly clean.
Cons (-) As remodeling contractor I always notice the details though. And as beautiful as our room was, its showing some age and could use a little general maintenance. The caulking around the sink was very dirty and missing in spots.

Pros (+) This is a half-way point for Ohio and Indy friends to meet. This is our 2nd time staying at The Bradley and we LOVE IT! It’s super clean, super cute and super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful! You won’t be disappointed.
Cons (-) Can’t think of one negative.
