Location and room was good and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
However a few issues re the toilet not working properly and one day with no treats provided. A minor point but sometimes its the little things that matter. Also I asked whether the complementary chocolates in room upon arrival were gluten free but received no response. Parking was provided by the hotel on a first come first served basis and was an additional £20 per night!
Excellent as always. My favourite Edinburgh hotel. Excellent!
Style, friendliness of staff.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel i was impressed by the building and the welcome we received. The public areas of the hotel and room itself were decorated in a very classy style and the hotel was immaculate in terms of presentation and cleanliness. We only had breakfast at the the hotel on 2 days but the menu choice was excellent and the quality of the food was first class.
I find it hard to be critical at all, but if i was being picky I would have liked a slightly larger en suite bathroom with the room. The bathroom we had was immaculately clean there just wasnt much space to sit out toileteries etc
Really nice hotel, good facilities and great location in a quiet square just walk from Princes Street. Room very comfortable and excellent staff.

The view from the room was nice. The staff was very attentive.
Ideal location for visiting Edinburgh attractions and convenient for meeting local friends. Wonderful to have private parking in the centre of a city.
Everything was perfect: great breakfast, helpful staff, well appointed room. We think the 'muzak' at breakfast was intrusive and could have been better chosen.

Room was a little to warm . Dyson fan ( supplied) on all night Other than this , The Bonham is faultless
