The villa was amazing
The staff where entering the villa without permission, also the room was supposed to be arranged ,I was surprised that they didn’t do the arrangement while they confirmed they will do it, and after i asked them to do it after we arrived they took a long time which make our stay shorter
Service staff were helpful and attentive, theatre room was a nice touch for the kids. Beds were very comfortable, we were very grateful for plenty of water provided, breakfast spread was good
Overall the villa was a little tired but still well kept and clean. The shower door didn’t shut all the way so it would flood outside of the shower room every time we took a shower.
The best hotel villa i have ever stayed in i was amazed at the detail of every amenity and serivce they provide in the Villa and the hotel.
Nothing the hotel was far above my expectation.
the villa was beautiful and it had one of the best staff I've come across. clean and the butler service was very fast 24/7 and easy to reach.
The villa is big and spacious, service and facilities are top notch.

The layout and the design of the villa are amazing
The check-in was a bad experience. The villa was not ready upon check-in time The ground floor (living room) was smelly when we checked in( need more attention and refresher training the air) The swimming pool was dirty, full of plastic cups (I think no one cleaned it) One of the rooms was against booking information (in the booking was mentioned all rooms with double beds) For such facilities I t...Read more
