Pros (+) The hotel was nice, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. I loved the hot apple cider in the lobby in the evening. The staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do and directions. The customer service was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel and I travel quite a bit.
Cons (-) The restaurant has a very limited menu and the food wasn’t great.
