Bed was comfortable. I appreciated that the room was cleaned every day without us asking -- hard to come by post-pandemic. Jonathan, one of the doormen, was very accommodating and engaging, making our stay enjoyable. We had a suite so the room was spacious.
The shower was too small, and the shower head didn't move which made it difficult to shower. Also, I didn't like that there was no door on the shower. The room also had an odor by the entrance, but not in the rest of the room. Some parts of the room were dusty, especially in the bathroom. I really liked the property—it’s in a great location and looks fantastic overall. The valet service was also excellent—very professional and welcoming. It definitely made a great first impression.
The property itself was good, and I stayed in room 1501. However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness. As you can see in the photo, the floor wasn’t cleaned at all—it made me quite sad and affected my overall experience.
Terrible service rude staff trying to push all services at once. Didn't sleep all night because the air conditioner was rattling like I was riding a tractor. No any room service

Location. Staff at sister hotel (where you'd have to go to if you wanted to do laundry) are nice. Not seeing the roaches that have been flagged in many a review.
Staff are a massive hit and miss. Some were bearable but others were literally snobbish and rude. Inept too - a few examples are (i) I'm traveling on a business trip and asked for an invoice. Staff told me 'oh you need to get it issued through booking.com' - what does the booking.com website say? 'Please message the hotel'. Fantastic position, quality and value.
Property was closer to everything. No view.
The hotel room had no number on it and it was a connected two queen beds while I booked one queen bed room. Plus the staff when we arrived was not friendly and not communicating properly! 8 am the cleaning lady with another male were in another room and they were screaming out loud and making noise and would lent stop even after we called the receptionist (a different one who was professional and ...Read more
