Pros (+) The property was nicer than depicted in the photos. The room was a good size and comfortable. Check-in was easy and quick and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is fabulous for walking along the canal or catching the tram into central Manchester. We didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant as we were here for a party but the menu looked good.

Pros (+) Welcoming reception area and friendly, helpful Staff Twin room was beautiful; spacious with extremely comfortable beds and very quiet even though the hotel had several guests Plenty of fluffy towels, extra pillows, complimentary tea / coffee, and toiletries. Convenient location and very easy to get to major motorway network.
