We arrived early by 30 mins, and she was taking alcohol inside and restocking and told us to wait until 3pm because she’s closed. Pros (+) View from the room is stunning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were unable to have breakfast at the hotel because we had to leave very early for the Franz Josef Glacier hike, but they offered us the option of breakfast tray which we could take to our room the night before.
