Pros (+) Absolutely amazing hotel and staff! Nothing to complain about. The inn-room breakfast is amazing. Especially the french toast. Overall a perfect hotel even though it is quite expensive!

Pros (+) The establishment is successfully maintaining a genuinely friendly, attentive, relaxed and quiet atmosphere. It felt like home right on the beach. Having not 1 but 2 restaurants adjoining the property was a definite plus. While some of the surrounding “beach clubs” had restaurants, they were too loud and raucous for our taste.

Pros (+) Loved the property. Close to the beach and Ziggy’s Restaurant. Room was spacious and very clean. That staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little pricey for a non inclusive resort, but breakfasts was included. We will be back for sure.
Cons (-) Pricey for a non inclusive resort. This is not a party hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Pros (+) Location right on a stunning beach, fantastic caring staff - especially Felipe, Annabella, Kenneth and Nancy
Cons (-) Hotel facilities are tired and need to be refurbished - GBP1k a night for such jaded and tired rooms is ridiculous The food in Ziggy’s restaurant is deplorable

Pros (+) We booked for two nights and stayed for four! Great rooms straight out onto the beach, food amazing, staff excellent and very helpful. Special mention for David and Aldolfo.

Pros (+) Best hotel in Tulum! Offering gorgeous rooms on the stunning beach. The staff members are the nicest and helped us with anything we needed and more.
