Beds are comfy and the room is clean. Staff are helpful and courteous. Free bottled water.
Bathroom is not properly designed. Water from the shower overflowed to the toilet area and to the main bathroom floor. There is no fridge nor a microwave. Location is good only if you have a personal vehicle, otherwise it will be a good walk to the main highway.

Staffs are respectful and kind. Ambience, garden, swimming pool, restaurant, bar and parking are so so good. 💖
Ref inside the room are not working. Can't chill all the drinks. And there is no available stock to replace. Need to buy ice to have cold drinks. Outside pool must have seperate bathroom and comfort room for men and women.

The hotel location is good. Close to Sm City Dasma, Robinson Mall. Nearby Kenny Roasters Restaurant and Shakeys. Good ground floor very bright and clean.
The amenities was incomplete. I have to follow up with the front staff twice and housekeeping. The amenities was not complimentary. Once you used it all and request for a refilled you have to pay. The front desk said a lot of the guest are complaining and confused with the signage in the room. No bathrobe and towels are grey whites

Old towels, extra charge for toiletries and amenities like shampoo, toilet paper etc. For the amount of money we paid for 2nights...not worth it.
