Pros (+) The hotel location is good. Close to Sm City Dasma, Robinson Mall. Nearby Kenny Roasters Restaurant and Shakeys. Good ground floor very bright and clean.
Cons (-) The amenities was incomplete. I have to follow up with the front staff twice and housekeeping. The amenities was not complimentary. Once you used it all and request for a refilled you have to pay. The front desk said a lot of the guest are complaining and confused with the signage in the room. No bathrobe and towels are grey whites

Pros (+) We have already reported to the manager the issues this hotel are facing. Serious issues with facilities esp where room service is being provided, misunderstanding and unclear staff offers and unhygienic practices with their beddings. At least they offered a room transfer as their last resort and gave a complimentary cake upon check out but then it wasn’t even safe to eat. It’s greasy and left tum...
