Cons (-) Very disappointed that we were unable to access the premises until 4pm. We were fully expecting not to be able to access the room until then but it would have been nice to have been able to have a drink in the bar on arrival

Pros (+) Enjoyed my stay, lovely property, friendly staff and nice room
Cons (-) Room above the smoking area outside the bar which is not ideal between 9-11pm when folks come outside every 15 mins for a chat and smoke. Was not too bad for one night but if you’d stay for a week.

Pros (+) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. The food for both dinner and breakfast was excellent, especially the veggie breakfast.... those cheddar and leek sausages were to die for! Great place, would definitely stay again without hesitation!

Pros (+) Beautiful property, very picturesque and really relaxing and enjoyable. Facilities were great and the rooms were fully equipped with everything you’d need.
Cons (-) There wasn’t much I didn’t like. On reflection, the price was a bit steep. Over £300 per night is probably a little excessive but I knew this when booking. I would certainly return but would look for a deal on the price I think.
