I had an amazing time. The staff was super helpful and nice. The facilities are perfect to relax after a long day of bicycle. I would recommend this hotel.

Coffee machine in the room wasn't working, one of the bathroom has no curtain and easily wet the floor after showering
Outside of the hustle of the town, which by the available bikes and Scooters still is reachable in Minutes through the weatherproof river-promenade. Friendly, helpfull staff, nice breakfest with stunning views. The Scooter rental is highly recommended!
The best restaurant in whole China for people who crave proper western food. The hotel also offers a very relaxing pool and all services you can think of. If you forgot something they‘ll provide you!

The staff is exceptional! Extremely helpful, they made us feel at home! The restaurant is also very good. Very large choice of options (western or Asian) and all were delicious!
Our favourite hotel on our 3 week trip. Lovely rooms, great breakfast, helpful staff will also book day trips and massages. I was upgraded to a room with a bath which I loved - thank you :-) Easy drop off in to or from town, but you can also walk in around 20 minutes.

Large room, nice staff, transfer to and from city (I actually walked every time) and free bikes. Restaurant in the hotel is very good (incl pizza, hamburgers, tapas, European wines) staff speak English
It is a bit further out of the city but it was still very convenient location.
It’s is quite and calm area and 10 minutes walking from the Boat Pier after finishing Guilin to Yangshuo Cruise. Staff is super courteous and English speaking. Night staff warmed up food for us at 11 pm and he insisted that he will bring food to our room as we would be tired. Food was awesome, all fresh and super delicious.

The views are undoubtedly beautiful, though somewhat marred by the presence of unconstructed buildings in front of it. The staff was very helpful and attentive, which added to the overall experience. The room itself was extremely comfortable, offering a great space to relax. Overall, it’s a good choice for those prioritizing tranquility and comfort.
The location, while peaceful and ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, is a bit far from Yangshuo village, which might be inconvenient for travelers wanting easier access to town. Lastly, I found it slightly overpriced for the value provided, considering the mentioned drawbacks.
