Cons (-) We had neighbors across the hall who were playing music loud enough that we could hear it over our tv in our room , when we called downstairs to report the issue since it was almost 11pm the overnight front desk person who came to check was extremely rude and angry at us for calling her and was extremely rude and angry to the room she told to turn down their music. Cons (-) Needs better pedicure room. Maybe more cozy and posh. Could use aromatherapy in the rooms and the balcony needed cleaning. My mini bar was not stocked in my room.

Cons (-) False Advertising. The room I paid for was not the room I got. Spa services had a surprise $40 hotel fee that was not disclosed at time of booking. I want a partial refund of my stay for false advertising. Better location at Hyatt centric with newer rooms
