Lack
The staff was very nice, competent and always worried about the client's happiness. Cleanliness is priority as well, you can tell. The food is phenomenal, a hidden gem in Zanzibar. A grocery store is available within the hotel with a lot of essential goods for the stay. The hotel doesn't have direct access to the beach but it offers a free transfer to the nearby beach, within the blue lagoon, just...

The private villa with a pool and the main pool.
The private villa pool was too deep for children . 1.5 metres everywhere. The breakfast was so so with not much variety. Also lot of power outage.
The stuff was very friendly and helpful, our villa was very comfortable and clean. Food at the hotel restaurant is very tasty and can be ordered directly to the villa, that was a game changer.
Am amazing boutique hotel off the beaten track but not far from town. Staff were fantastic and always available to help. Food was superb. The room was lovely with everything you need and more. It's the mist well-kept property I think I've stayed in. Everything was immaculately maintained and looked wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The facilities were great, the room was spacey, we had our own pool, the staff was wonderful, the big pool was also very nice. The gym was simple, but i managed to do everything i needed there and i work out hard.
The location is a bit far from the beach and any towns. But when you have a car, its no problem. The gym should definitely have a treadmill, would meke a BIG positive difference.

The property is away from the beach but the hotel does provide shuttle to adjacent beach
We had a fabulous couple of days. The food is good, the room was super comfortable, the staff are really helpful and the pool is amazing. I had two excellent massages at the salon (thank you Salma).The gym could do with a couple of aerobic machines. Would highly recommend this place.
