Near the beach and airport but a bit far from the city central. Room was spacious.
Cleanliness of the room. We saw small cockroaches on the bed a couple of times and had to kill them. Reception staff can be more friendly. The power tripped on one of the evening but the staff came quickly to rectify it.
Location
The air conditioners in both rooms were not working well. One make a loud clicking noise all night. The other was dirty and had an odd smell. The air conditioner in this room was extremely loud making it difficult to sleep.
The unit we stayed is clean and comfortable. But maintenance may be due as taps at kitchen are wobbly. Gym is sad and not well maintained.

Good location with a nice view of the surroundings, esp. the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location, facilities, and the room/studio.
The room were spacious with unblocked views. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was not working upon checking and the staff were able to quickly resolve the issue. Parking was easy. The washer/dryer in the unit was helpful.
The hotel’s in a quiet area, away from the busy streets, but still just a short drive to KK city centre and all the main attractions. It’s an apartment-style setup, perfect for families who want a comfy place to stay. Security’s great too—only guests can access the building and use the lift. We stayed here so we could go on a snorkelling tour. The hotel location was easy to get into the centre, but the area itself was a bit random. The pavements are dangerous to walk along, as there are pavement slabs missing (my husband fell into a hole, broke his phone and we had to visit the medical centre).
