The breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive.
The room was well laid out and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the Guggenheim. We loved the location with lots of restaurants nearby. The old town and main shopping area are a short tram ride away.
We liked everything about the hotel and would highly recommend it.
The staff were really nice and whenever you require something they are provide you with all needs and advice. Room size was completely good for me however they do have bigger rooms and suites if you like. Location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city and has lots of good restaurants. The hotel made our stay in Bilbao comfortable and amazing treatment
I couldn’t find any.
We loved our lunch on the ground floor of the hotel on the day we arrived. We had zero expectations but the food and service was all so top notch that we ordered more courses than we expected to. The room facing the museum was everything we’d hoped for, and the location absolutely couldn’t be beat. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly.
The brunch on the rooftop was an enjoyable prelude to our museum visit but they seemed short staffed which I did not expect given the set cost of the meal. Also, unlike most hotels we visited in Spain, there were no GF bakery items available, just fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese. Again, a surprise given the cost of the meal. But the view can’t be beat. Perfect location for our short stay in Bilbao. Right across the road from the Guggenheim museum. Easy walk to restaurants and the tram back to the bus station for our onward travel. Lovely quiet room & comfortable bed.
33 euros pp for breakfast seemed a bit much, so we didn't bother.
Amazing hotel opposite the Guggenheim so you can sit on the roof top bar and truly enjoy just watching the fantastic architecture. The hotel is a joy, staff wonderful, rooms spacious and extremely comfortable. With city centre parking you can’t go wrong staying here.
Wanting 35 euros for breakfast!! Ridiculous price, go to one of the cafes locally (Arvo is lovely) and eat very well for a fraction of this.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in in recent years. Perfect location (next to the Guggenheim), amazing staff (all so friendly and helpful), great food, comfortable room. We will be back!
