Beautiful house and nice staff
The pool was under maintenance for the days we were there and we booked this hotel because we wanted to swim and refresh during the day.
good breakfast, different day to day
I think maybe the site is a bit isolated / calm but still a bit boring
Everything was perfect, the service and kindness of the manager Peehann and his team is exceptional. We can highly recommend staying at The Aspara.
Bed’s comfort and staff which helped us with everything we needed: from booking trains for us to getting taxis to the city center
Breakfast could have more options
The views from the balcony are exceptional, with the most incredible staff I’ve experienced. Going above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay, booking restaurants, getting taxis to and from any location - and above all ensuring we had everything to make travelling with a one year old and pregnant, as smooth as possible
Sadly not in the hotels control, but the building works on the water mean some construction noise - and the ferry boat isn’t active which we were looking forward to. The pool is cold, but we came in a cool week, and breakfast is pretty limited, very well done but could benefit from a couple more options

Not close to the center, 10 min by taxi or 25 min by walking
We were very impressed by the staff's professionalism and warmth, most of all by Mr Han, the hotel manager. We stayed here two years ago and the level of service and attention to detail was equally good. Mr Han was very reliable in organising taxis across the river and back everyday and in organising trips to local attractions. beautiful location, far from noise, but at hand reach from happening, i loved the boat that takes you at any moment to the other side of the river, beautiful location and view, cute pool , and spacious room.
they could do better with breakfast and cleanliness.
The hotel manager was so helpful and the setting was beautiful. We loved reading on the balcony with the gorgeous trees and afternoon light. The pool is lovely and quiet!
The breakfast could have been slightly more varied and the boat arrangement wasn't ideal, although it still worked well and wasn't a major issue.
