Pros (+) The Valet people lost the key of our car. We were stuck for 3 hours waiting for them to bring in locksmith to make us temporary key. This broke our plans that were the purpose of our visit to Dallas. When my husband went to talk to the manager about compensating us for what happened the manager Princess said "it's a big corporation" and she cant do much about it. We got some points that we had to ...
Cons (-) The management is not accountable for problems the guests have. The Valet people lost the keys of our car 3 hours waiting and the manager of the hotel was telling us that hotel is not responsible for valet services. Wait, this is your valet. Its not like I had a choice.

Pros (+) Loved the hotel itself. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Especially the bar tender Saturday morning.
Cons (-) We did not have hot water. Stayed a Friday and Saturday night. We showered Friday evening and the water was not even warm. Saturday morning shower did have hot water. Saturday evening shower was cold again. Sonday morning was hot water.

Pros (+) The location was great for what we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are large and allow us to share with our kiddo comfortably.
Cons (-) The room could have been a little cooler temperature-wise. However, that is a personal preference.
