Pros (+) Everything in this hotel is perfect — from the way they welcomed us to how friendly the receptionist was. She truly made us feel special! They even gave us an upgrade as a kind gesture for the short wait during check-in. The whole experience felt so thoughtful and made our stay even more amazing. Can’t wait to come back again!

Cons (-) I don't like it when I ask to delay the check out because I have an appointment in the hospital. She told me I would keep the luggage down until you came from the hospital. No matter if we delay one hour. Also, the AC does not work, too much hot in night we can't sleep will. If we compare the last to visit for as it was more clean and the furniture not used to much like know.

Pros (+) Everything about this hotel was amazing — from the warm welcome to the farewell. The design of the hotel, the room, and the bathroom were beyond stunning. All the staff were helpful and attentive. They even surprised me with a birthday cake, which truly made my day. This definitely won’t be my last visit. Absolutely outstanding!
Cons (-) The only downside was that the pool was closed during my stay, though I understand it might have been for maintenance. Also, the gym was quite hot and humid, which made working out a bit uncomfortable. Other than that? Absolutely outstanding!
