Pros (+) Host was exceptionally helpful and nice. Made sure every small thing was taken care of from laundry to arranging taxi etc. Was a very honest person and definitely receommandable.

Pros (+) Host was very gracious, helped set up local tours, gave restaurant recommendations. He has bikes you can use to go to old town and the beach. Breakfast is great! Highly recommend!

Pros (+) Hoi An Thang 1 Villa is a lovely stay just outside the centre of Hoi An if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The staff go the extra mile for you in making sure your stay is great. It is family fun and has a really lovely vibe to it.
Cons (-) Unfortunately there were some parade practices at around 3am which meant it was very difficult to sleep as the soundproofing isn't the best. However we appreciate this was out of the hotels control.

Pros (+) The best thing about the property is Quoc and his family who are helpful but never pushy. They made wonderful home made breakfasts for us and helped us with anything we needed.

Pros (+) I loved this place! The owners were so helpful planning my trip and were just so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was great, pool was good and I liked how we had bikes that we could use

Pros (+) Quoc and his family were really lovely and very helpful. We felt it was good value for money.
Cons (-) We felt it was too far from the Old Quarter, a good 15/20 minutes walk. Room was ok, but had obviously had a leak in the roof at some point and not repainted walls/ceiling.

Pros (+) Guoc is an amazing host and his family is so lovely! The hotel in itself is good, the bed is confortable, great choices for breakfast (menu-type), and the room is spacious.
