The location is just behind the main square. The hotel is in s beautiful historic house, very nicely renovated with great common areas, like sitting areas for a cup of tea in the afternoon, nice cold pool and nice breakfast area where they have wine tasting every night. The hotel staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Always helpful, always smiling, made us feel at home all the time.
Everything was great, but hair dryer and better quality towels would have been nice.
A beautiful hotel, private, central, with warm rooms, comfortable beds and the best shower!! The staff were all lovey and the snacks, tea tasting and wine tasting is a great was to socialise with other travellers. I extended an extra night of my stay.
The property was beautiful. Very well designed. The log fires were to die for. The team were out of this world. Their hospitality and attention to details like remembering your name was something else. The range of events during the day was something else. Breakfast, snacks, tea tasting, wine tasting…. I never thought I’d say this because I love a big bed, but the bed was just a little bit too big, the room had no space to move for suitcases, sorting out your stuff etc.Read more
It was beautiful inside and all the restaurants were 2-3 minutes away. Very quiet. Great staff, their recommendations were excellent. Pool looked pretty! A lot of fun complimentary activities to enjoy common areas and/or interact with other guests.

Disappointed that the pool was so small
We had a wonderful time here, excellent service, beautiful communal areas and lots of added perks like wine and snacks. We didn’t want to leave.
Location, location, location. Being in the heart of the retail / dining / tour agency section of town made walking everywhere easy, but parking and the logistics of accessing the vehicle during the stay were so cumbersome it was offputing and we didn’t do everything we otherwise would have if coming and going were easier.

Unpolite,unprofessional staff. We got flu because no hot water in bath as they regulate the water temperature to the minimum to save money. No response to our claim,even though we presented doctors report. Never again to this nightmare hotel.
