The property is a gem hidden in Rosebank. The welcome letter and the complementary win from their most esteemed general manager was welcoming. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was wow. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Sad facility and outdated. Very average breakfast. No biscuits with coffee.
Breakfast was excellent, staff really good. Gloria in particular was an amazing waitress. Accomodation comfortable and the suburb is quiet and peaceful.

Quite dated but fabulous large suites, with balcony, garden views, amazing staff and perfectly located for me,for both work and leisure Nothing was too much trouble for the team, that they have and I will certainly be back Thank you for making the start of a 2 week family trip to Thailand, easy and effortless 👍👍
