The insects issue and there is no heater in the private pool

This was the most outstanding resort we have ever stayed in. You are literally transported into paradise the second you enter the resort. The only niggle was with it being so close a temple, the noise was very loud one evening with banging drums and people screaming down a microphone it seemed. Men literally screaming like they were in pain. This is obviously not a fault of the hotel but does slightly impact the location unfortunately.Read more
The Valley (jungle) View room was secluded and serene, offering an exceptional view from the private pool. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The free yoga session is a must, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — we couldn’t have asked for more.
The hotel is approximately 20 minutes Grab drive from the Ubud city centre which costs about $7AUD single trip from the hotel to the city centre.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and liked the fact that we had our own plunge pool.
We paid extra for the pool breakfast despite the fact that our room had breakfast included - it should have been provided as an option. Also the bathroom isn’t completely private so may not be comfortable for groups of friends sharing

The staff are the friendliest. Everyone were so welcoming with a smile, provided the best experience/service during our honeymoon stay. A special thank you to Pande. Pande was very helpful and professional and helped organise a surprise Birthday celebration for my wife.

Absolutely gorgeous room with beautiful jungle view, plenty of space and amazing outside pool and bathtub. Perfect for a romantic getaway. It's close to centre of Ubud, less than 10 minutes on motorbike. The staff was very helpful and we had an amazing stay.
