It was a wonderful stay at this place, very clean and neat. The staff at the receptionist helped to book a taxi early morning at 4am and gave to-go food for the journey. It was very nice of Mariam and Aachi. They even guided me some shopping places to go. Overall it was a amazing.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel!! Great location, lots of trees around, the hotel itself is very stylish and clean. Everything was really very good. I'd like to underline politeness of staff, especially Ana and Ani, who expressed their willing to help at every moment and used to support when it was needed.

The bedding material didn’t breathe well, which made it uncomfortably sweat at night, even when the room itself was quite cool.
Overall, Tbilisi Saburtalo Hotel by Mercure exceeded my expectations. The perfect blend of location, comfort, and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi, whether for business or leisure.
