The price we payed was very reasonable, amazing central location, very attentive staff, solid breakfast, beautiful hallways
At night it can get very loud. Our standard room looked much smaller than on pictures, we complained and got a new one. Some parts of the room are new and functional, other not so much.
Everything was amazing, it’s the best option in the Istanbul! They helped us with everything and it was very clean. It’s the best hotel stuff!!
right in the heart of Istanbul Taksim area
Located on top of very noisy night club and live music that stays crowded and noisy till 3am. so if you have kids and you are a sensitive sleeper avoid this hotel. Access to taxi is hard, you need to walk around the corner for taxi. toilet sewage is bad with heavy bad smell in the room.
the hotel is in a quiet street, close to Taksim Square, easy to use the tram and metro so strategically well placed as a base to discover the city. the staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice, the bathroom is clean. breakfast is a vast buffet with a lot to choose from.
The location is excellent : very close to taksim and şişhane metro stations, in the heart of istiklal street. The room and the bathroom were spacious and the bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious and the staff were helpful and always smiling.
We booked two separated beds but we got a one double bed room but it was large and comfy so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Old building but well kept, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Good value for money.
The breakfast area was on level -1 and did not have any heating! We visited Istanbul in February during very cold weather and it was very uncomfortable in the morning. We had to eat with our coats on!
- the staff was incredibly helpful and concerned; - the location is great and near all the tourist attractions, transport station, restaurants and shops; - very nice design, a little bit shabby, but clean and good for its price; - very comfy mattress, pillows and sheets for a not luxury hotel, we had a perfect sleep.
- cigarettes smell in the restaurant at breakfast time; - noise in the street half of the night, but that wasn’t a big problem for us. If it is for you, ask for a room with a backyard view.
