Everything was amazing!
Couldn’t find any minuses
The venue is picturesque, the cuisine is diverse (a lot of healthy options and the chef agrees to make adjustments if needed), the staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the best places to visit for families.
The pillows and mattress could be more comfortable

The door and window furniture are need to be updated; lack of special places for changing diapers outside the hotel room.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They go out of their way to get you what you want.
The only thing I didn’t like was menu options
Me and my family liked the hotel a lot. The options for the breakfast were great - everybody could choose what they liked and as much as they liked. For dinner we also went to the local restaurant, and the food was very good as well. The first evening we waited for our dinner for some decent time, and then later we just ordered during the day and indicated the time in the evening when we wanted to...
Yes, the last several kilometres to the hotel are not very nice to drive. The road is in the making, so hopefully later this year the situation will improve. The cleaning ladies came to early to my understanding and there was one day that they did not come later, because we were still in the house when they came and we asked them to come later... Children's house and facilities for kids are great + animators Oksana and Markiyan were very very helpful with kids, keeping them entertained and occupied. Very helpful and friendly people at Spa reception, restaurant and grill bar, everywhere basically :)
