Pros (+) Pool and jacuzzi was good. The restaurant is good.
Cons (-) They didn’t have a baby cot and didn’t tell us before hand even though we requested on booking.com and called before hand. Their baby chair was also broken.

Pros (+) Very nice spread of Buffet. Appreciate personal attention and care from Staff, particularly Ms. Soumya - a new joinee at F&B Silver Saloon, Taj Usha Kiran. Appreciate the warmth and engagement, led by General Manager, Ms. Taneja, Front Desk Team Ms Pooja and the staff at Spa. The temple aarti is indeed a refreshing feeling.
Cons (-) Taj can initiate a High Tea around 5 pm. It's an opportunity to engage with fellow residents and also a senior staff can detail about the property, attractions around the city, built heritage, culture, traditions, pedigree and provenance..

I stayed here with my wife on her birthday, on our arrival we were welcomed with rose petal showers and tilak. Our room was decorated for birthday with a complimentary cake. During evening we were given palace tour followed by Sandhya Arti. I would really recommend this property if your planning a Royal stay in Gwalior.

Pros (+) The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was outstanding. This is a beautiful property with spacious rooms, manicured lawns, fine decorations, and every imaginable convenience. The evening Ganesh Aarti was wonderful. I would definitely come back.
Cons (-) I traveled with 2 local friends from a small town. A (very) few of the staff were somewhat dissmissive of them. The bar prices were steep.

Pros (+) Hotel location is the biggest advantage. Big Lawns and Pick/Drop to Jai Vilas Palace Museum. There was no window in the room, very clautophobic and smelly because of no ventilation. Room 108 - is strongly recommended not to be used...
Cons (-) Room would have been better agianst the price paid for 18k per night !!!!!!!!!!!
