Cons (-) Travel arrangements - exorbitantly expensive. Rip off. Highly unreasonable. Felt exploited when , for a drop to MG marg which is about 10-11 kms away, they said they'd charge 9,000 + GST (around 11000). Clearly, customer's comfort wasnt paid attentionto.

Eg or breakfast basics fruits like banana, mangoes and avacado were not available - after asking staff for 2 times we actually went to Lal Bazaar market to buy fruits as Gangtok is famous for organic fruits n we had come al way to saviour them which we didn't get. Pros (+) The stay was really good. Swimming pool would have been nice. That was the only thing missing. Trekking and camping with the naturalist Mr.Deepchand Chhetri was really good. East Sikkim tour packages are must visit.

Cons (-) The mattresses were cozy but not health friendly for very senior citizens like us. Would have loved to have the option of ortho mattress. Just a little more Care isn’t too much to ask from Taj.
