Cons (-) Travel arrangements - exorbitantly expensive. Rip off. Highly unreasonable. Felt exploited when , for a drop to MG marg which is about 10-11 kms away, they said they'd charge 9,000 + GST (around 11000). Clearly, customer's comfort wasnt paid attentionto.

Eg or breakfast basics fruits like banana, mangoes and avacado were not available - after asking staff for 2 times we actually went to Lal Bazaar market to buy fruits as Gangtok is famous for organic fruits n we had come al way to saviour them which we didn't get. Cons (-) The mattresses were cozy but not health friendly for very senior citizens like us. Would have loved to have the option of ortho mattress. Just a little more Care isn’t too much to ask from Taj.
