Convenient close to everything
Staff was not friendly.
A bit far from shopping areas. The cleaning staff was more warm and friendlier than the hotel receptionists — they exhibited an unapproachable and unwelcoming demeanor. The rooms were very clean and we had a comfortable stay.
Location was good.
Hotel was a nice but a 3 star not a 5. On arrival there was no explanation to how anything operated or where anything was. We paid for an extra night as they wouldn't allow early check-in and we were arriving at 8am, but the room had to be made up and wasn't ready. So they double booked it anyway. The room is fully renovated, modern and comfortable. Very clean. Shower is excellent.
Unfortunately the management is too hungry for money and they charge NTD 600 per hour for late check out, I find this ridiculous.
Best hotel among the 5 hotels we stayed during the 14days touring Taiwan. spacious premier family room for 3 pax. hotel do provide hop on and off shuttle to ximending but we missed it. wide spread of breakfast. friendly staff.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I have to give their staff special compliments. My aunt was feeling unwell, as she had a spike of blood sugar. The staff acted immediately and fast, by calling ambulance that was during wee hours of 8th of April. Really kudos to the staff at the hotel. In addition, their beds were very comfortable. Room lighting control was very inflexible and hard to use.
We had a great time, room facilities were modern. First time to stay in an AI operated room. Breakfast okey except that its the same choices everyday. No toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, ear buds and shaver in room . Maybe we needed to ask?
It’s clean and convenient location
1: The water boiler kettle is very very low quality, water coming out got chemical taste, making it very difficult given the cold weather, end up we have to drink the cold mineral water. 2: One breakfast cleaning up lady is very rude, we wanted to take a canned drink after the closing of breakfast(did not realise it’s past the closing), she kind of very harshly stopped us, was expecting a much kin...Read more
